Art + Science Social Hour will celebrate the ways in which the worlds of science and art intertwine.
Join us for an afternoon of drop in activities for all ages, kombucha beer tasting, and conversations with artists and scientists that will interest the left and right-brained alike!
Two of the ICA’s winter exhibitions explore the confluence of art and science: an immersive installation inspired by marine microbiology in Tracey Adams and Virginia Folkestad’s Primordial Soup and sculptural representations of neural networks and tree roots in Lorrie Fredette’s installation tender exchanges.
