Cyanotype Printing Workshop with artist Ewa Gavrielov
Saturday, May 21st from 12-3pm, @SoFA Pocket Park
Join us for a print-making workshop combining cyanotype and linocut! Cyanotype, also known as sun-printing, is a blue-toned print resulting from a photographic printing process with the sun. Visitors will be able to experiment and create individual pieces of artwork with found objects (flowers, leaves, paper cutouts, etc.), or you can bring an item, such as yarn, jewelry, or a toy, to be printed! Go home with a cyanotype print that takes your everyday items and found objects from common and discarded to uncommon and precious.
