Meet the Artist: Soo Sunny Park

Be the first to explore the exhibition Soo Sunny Park: Viewing Filter (Veil of Vision), an immersive installation crafted from nylon netting stretched out into curtain-like forms, augmented with a retro-reflective paint, creating a primal and futuristic space within the walls of the ICA.

Meet internationally recognized artist Soo Sunny Park, who will be in attendance for the opening on Friday, March 25th, from 4-6pm. A walkthrough and discussion of Park’s practice will begin at 5pm. Before the walkthrough begins, we will encourage visitors to interact with the space using their phone flashlights and cameras, and to mingle with friends as part of this event.

This event is FREE and open to the public. Space will be limited, so we ask that you please only RSVP if you plan to attend. Masks will be required to enter the space.

Note: If your attendance status changes, please email External Relations Associate Bella Rodriguez at bella@sjica.org prior to the event.
